Diploma in Commercial Leasing This intensive program concentrates on commercial real estate leasing. It prepares students to be a professional real estate practitioner in the field of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage or Commercial Real Estate Leasing. Students have one to four years to complete this program and can take the advantage of distance learning (corresponding) so that they can work and study at the same time.
This program is credited by the Association of Canadian Lease Auditors. Graduates will be exempted from all the core education requirements (benefits that professionals like lawyers and accountants enjoy) of their Certified Lease Auditor designation.

The program is offered with paper-based study and online study support to facilitate and fully assist you. You have up to 16 weeks to complete your diploma. The program is designed to suit individual needs and fit in with lifestyle and work. We estimate that to complete in the minimum study period you should be prepared to devote only 2.5 hours per week during the 16 weeks. If you want to complete it in one week time, you will have to study 8 hours per day (full time study).
