York
Education (HK) Institute is the partner of
Fox College of
Business
in Canada to provide their diploma programs in Hong Kong: Diploma
in
Commercial Leasing and
Diploma in Real Estate
via
distance
learning. Both diploma
programs are accredited by the Association
of Canadian Lease Auditors,
and graduates will be exempted by the Association from taking all the
education courses for their Certified Lease Auditor designation.
These
programs are designed in the same way as
those in open universities with no entry requirements at all.
However, you must be at least 18 years old to apply.
If
you have studied in college or university
level before, you may transfer up to 12 credits in our programs.
We have to assess your transcript before granting the
transfer.
The program is offered with paper-based study and online study support
to facilitate and fully assist you. You have between 1-4
years to
complete your diploma. The program is designed to suit
individual
needs and fit in with lifestyle and work. We estimate that to
complete in the minimum study period you should be prepared to devote
only 10 hours per week during the academic year. If you
complete
in the minimum study period you will pay around HK$15,000 (around
CAD$1,900) in fees to the Institute (with a transfer of 12 credits).
